The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mubarik with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 291 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Baradari, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 118.67 gm. of Samck and Rs. 120/- cash is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
