Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 127(2), 115(2), 123, 351(2) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Khorabar, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have met the victim in Civil Court as she had gone to take care of her civil case pending there and is stated to have helped her in the said case, as such, established corporeal relationship
