Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station Dubahad, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
