Heard Shri Lal Prabhakar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Kumar, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Muntazir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Nagal, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which the bail application of the applicant is pending before this Hon'ble Court. 5. It is further submitte
