Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mo. Salman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0026 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Akrabad, District- Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution version, 100 Kg. Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the the vehicle in which applicant and co-accused persons were travelling. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that mandatory provisions of NDPS Act has not been followed by the investigating officer.
