The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mo. Salman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0026 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Akrabad, District- Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution version, 100 Kg. Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the the vehicle in which applicant and co-accused persons were travelling. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that mandatory provisions of NDPS Act has not been followed by the investigating officer.
