The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of applicant Golu Yadav @ Sudeep with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2024, under Section 3 (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Rohaniya, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The present case has been imposed upon the applicant on the basis of cases mentioned in the gang chart. Learned counsel for the applicant submits th
