Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of BNS and Sections 5j(ii)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station G.R.P, Mughalsarai, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, daughter of the informant is stated to have been enticed away by the applicant from Mughalsarai Railway Station when she had deboarded the train for washing her face on 03.01.2025 at about 2 a.m. 5.
