Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, U/S 77, 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be involved in voyeurism, as such, the victim contemplated committing suicide. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
