Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2025 , under Sections 137(2), 61(2), 87, 64 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bariyarpur, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, two victims are stated to have been enticed away by the applicant and co-accused persons on 12.03.2025 at about 1:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
