Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.205 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376D, 506 I.P.C., Section 5/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V SC/ST Act, Police Station Kurara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have abducted the victim by force on 14.06.2024 at about 9:00 p.m. and had taken her to a secluded placed and raped her. 6.
