Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2025, U/S 70(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and the co-accused person Abhishek are stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant on 14.3.2025 at about 8.00 pm when she had gone out to ease herself out. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
