This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Zahid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0081 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Mundhapandey, District Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.3.2025.
