This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Suneel, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2024, under Sections 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 109 BNS and Section 3/25 (1-B) Arms Act, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun. 3.
