This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Bauby, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 186 of 2024, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.7.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced on record on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Kuldeep, who has been enlarged on bail on 6.11.2024 by co-ordinate B
