Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.395 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 127(4) B.N.S., Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have spiked the tea of the victim and had rendered her unconscious and had taken her to several places across Punjab by force. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
