Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 121 of 2025, U/S 85, 64(2)(M), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Baheri, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who is brother-in-law (Jeth) of the victim, is stated to have committed rape with her several times. 5.
