The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.0166 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 127(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 5(L), 5(M), 6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the niece of the informant on 22.07.2024 at about 6:00 p.m. and the victim told the informant that the applicant had raped her earlier on also. 6.
