Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.13 of 2025, under Sections 70(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Naugawan Sadat, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha), during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law of the victim, is stated to have committed rape with the victim. There are other allegations against the applicant. 5.
