Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 21.4.2025. 3. Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.56 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C., 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station- Singhawali Aheer, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years on 15.2.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident
