There are allegations against the applicant that he was found illegal possession of 112 Gram Charas and there is also implication for committing organized crime. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after remand the applicant was taken by the police and alleged recovery was shown against him.The applicant is in jail since 26.3.2025 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
