Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.807 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 61(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 70(2) B.N.S. and 5(G)(ii), J(ii), L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the brother-in-law of the applicant Ashok is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant on 17.7.2023 and the FIR was instituted by the informant as Case Crime No.765 of 2023 on 27.7.2023 against him, but he could not be arrested. 6.
