As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim, a married lady aged about 40 years, on 21.3.2025 at about 12:30 p.m. by barging into her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is too prompt and there is no medical corroboration of the incident.
