This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shahid Siddique @ Bablu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2024, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34, 120B, 201 of I.P.C. and SEction 3/9, 4, 10 of U.P. Public Examination (Preventin of Unfari Means), Act, 1998 & Section 66 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Civil Line, District- Allahabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.04.2025.
