Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.17 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(D), 504, 506 I.P.C., 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Khiri, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Sandeep Kotarya has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 1.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.18782 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 7.11.2024. The criminal history of one case assigned to the applicant has been explained and one case has been instituted
