This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sunny Alias Saniya, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sirsaganj, District- Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 06.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a no injury case as no police personnel has received any injury. Recovery of one country made pistol and a motorcycle has been shown which is to
