Heard Sri Satendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.12 of 2025, under Sections 376, 328, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Bichhvan, District- Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by more than one and half years and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after the delay of four months and there no explanation of the said delay either. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that there is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim is major aged about 35 years. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant.
