Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.13 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Mandawali, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have misled the victim by concealing his religion and telling his name to be Sohit Sharma and had established corporeal relationship with her, but subsequently the religion of the applicant was revealed and in the meantime he clicked certain indecent photographs and video of her and blackmailed her to make them viral. 5.
