Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant informant has been served on 16.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Special Case No.57 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No.88 of 2017, under Section 376D I.P.C. and Section 6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kurara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Mithun Nau Alias Arvind Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12079 of 2025, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail
