The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0253 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Rudrapur Kotwali, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, however, applicant is younger brother of the deceased and as per allegation, he, by causing head injury, committed his murder but entire allegation lavelled against the applicant is totally false. 4.
