Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.08 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Milak Khanam, District Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forced the victim into a room and had committed rape with her on 30.01.2025 at about 6:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 24 years.
