Heard Sri Dheerendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.641 of 2024, under Sections 87 (366 I.P.C.), 64 (376 I.P.C.) of B.N.S., Police Station Karwi Kotwali Nagar, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant, aged about 18-19 years, on 06.10.2024. The victim is stated to have taken away golden ornaments and Rs.10,000/- along with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 9 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is even delayed by about 4 days from the date of recovery of the victim. T
