Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2025, U/S 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Chandauli, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the named accused persons Vijay Kumar @ Kariya is stated to have attempted to commit rape with the victim on 11.2.2025 at about 8.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
