This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Parashuram, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Section 75 (1) B.N.S. and Section 9(m) 10 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Panwari, District-Mahoba. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.03.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 19.03.2025, with a delay of two days without any plausible explanation, for an incident occurred on 17.03.2025, against the applicant, with the allegation that on the date of inciden
