The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.1918 of 2019, under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 IPC, Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case in which earlier applicant was released on bail in the present matter on 18.10.2022 but due to paucity of fund he could file bail bonds and he could only be released on bail on 9.4.2024 and thereafter for his livelihood he had to go to Delhi but unfortunately in Delhi he was detained in jail on 26.7.2024 in connection with some other case and, therefore, he could not appear before the court concerned in the present matter
