The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 103(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Shergarh, District- Mathura, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with two others and as per allegation, he along with others committed the murder of father of the informant but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. 4.
