Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 25.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.49 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 351(3), 77 B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Baresar, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had even clicked certain indecent photographs and video of her and threatened her to make them viral. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR does not indicate the date
