The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ravi Kant Pandey with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 57 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Chandauli, District- Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant and the vehicle from which recovery of 7 cattle is shown, has already been transferred. There is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 30.03.2025 and he has no criminal ant
