The instant IInd bail application at the instance of the applicant Vishnu Pathak has been filed seeking enlargement on Bail in Case Crime No. 0139 of 2024 under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Bhanwarkol, District- Ghazipur (U.P.) during the pendency of the trial before the court below. The applicant was apprehended with 640 kg of Ganja contained in 30 bags from a vehicle driven by the applicant. The 1st bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 12.12.2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.09.2024. Sri P.C.
