The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Suresh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and 325 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station- Tamkuhiraj, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not arrested from spot and nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant.
