Earlier on, the bail application was filed regarding the offences under SC/ST Act and B.N.S. only and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 20.2.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No.12733 of 2024, but subsequently the supplementary charge-sheet was submitted in added section under POCSO Act and as such the instant bail application has been filed. 5.
