Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Bilari, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor sister of the informant, aged about 17 years, on 20.01.2025 in collusion with other co-accused persons, Chandramukhi and Chandrakesh. 5.
