Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2025, U/S 452, 427, 504, 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Manduadeeh, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim and had entangled her in his net and got issued certain cheques in his name to the tune of Rs. 2,25,000/- and transferred the said amount to his account by threatening to cause death of her husband. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
