Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 10.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.142 of 2024, under Sections 74, 115(2), 333, 357(3), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW-1/informant and PW-2/victim have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the present case. Lea
