The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(a) B.N.S., Police Station Kairana, District Shamli during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with one another but it reflects, without any evidence on the basis of suspicion applicant has been named in the FIR. 4. He further submits, however, as per prosecution when applicant was arrested then he confessed his guilt and on his pointing out from a sugarcane field a Rickshaw used in the crime was recovered but entire recovery is false and baseless. 5.
