This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aiya @ Nafees, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 187 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Hafijganj, District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
