This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Khalid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not apprehended from the spot. The house from where the recovery was effected belongs to co-accused Zahid.
