This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jubair, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Sections 351 (3), 115 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 (2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Jhinjana, District Shamli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 4.2.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is differentiation in the statement of victim recorded under Section 180 and 183 BNSS
