Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 09.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.19 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64, 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khaga, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 15 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations of outraging the modesty and sexual harassment have been escalated to that of rape by the victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B
