Heard Shri Priyavrat Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant-Bhimsen, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 2023, under Section 307 I.P.C and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police station-Shikohabad, District-Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.02.2023. First Information Report has been lodged on 12.02.2023, with the allegation that on the information of informer the the police party has tried to stop the vehicle, loaded with the alleged stolen buffalo, the applicant and other co-accused had opened fire on the police party
