This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Harish, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 94 of 2025, under Sections 275, 325 BNS and Section 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Iglas, District- Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.02.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Dhanraj and Dheeraj, have already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 25.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
